This beautiful crochet hexagon can be your next ambitious project, because it’s for more experienced crocheters. It’s structural and very decorative, so it will look amazing as a bedspread. If you are looking for a showstopper, this may be it, so don’t shy away – just try it!

With great thank and lover from your friend who is a lover of the art work of crocheting. Thank you very much for the designs that you have been sending to mail.

Hi Darine! Glad you like our inspirations! 🙂 Have a great day!
This is the pattern of my mother’s childhood bedspread. Her bedspread was made about a hundred years ago. It was starting to fall to pieces. I cut the octagons that were in good shape, out of the bedspread and had them framed and distributed them to my sibling and my mother’s grandchildren.
My mom made this bedspread as a wedding gift for me and my husband. Took her 20 years. It’s a beautiful patter but it weighs a ton so not very practical to sleep under! Lol
