Beautiful Feminine Lacy Crochet Shawls

I’m sure you’ve seen before this kind of stunning crochet designs – big lacy crochet shawls, that look like angel’s wings. They drape beautifully and feature intricate patterns, like pineapples, leaves and flowers.

It requires a lot of skills to create such beauties, because you need to work with fine yarn, complicated patterns and keep the right tension. Not to mention blocking the whole piece afterwards! Today’s collection celebrates lacy designs, but the recommendations I have for you are much easier. You can create delicate and airy shawl, even if you are a beginner. Every woman should have one in their closet, because it’s perfect for formal occasions. Search for links to free patterns under the pictures below.

  1. I actually see a few I would really like to do. I have crocheted and knitted for 50 years and when I am working with fiber, I am absolutely in my zone. I love that with every day comes the possibility to learn something new. I just love to create and ideally, I would have a job related to this hobby. When I have completed one of these beauties, I will forward a picture. Thank you for putting these up!
