Lovely Bonnets for Babies

We have talked about bonnets here, but in knitted versions. This time, let’s focus on crocheted ones, which are equally cute! Crochet hook gives you a lot of room for experimenting with structure, even on such small space as baby hat. Post stitches, shells, crossed stitches – they all can look amazing. Add to it lovely trim, for example scalloped, and you have absolutely adorable accessory. Bonnets are great for babies, who move a lot, because they are tied under the chin. It prevents hat from sliding off of little head and protects the ears perfectly. Take a look at examples below and search for links to free patterns under the pictures.
