Crochet squares are a playground for designers, because you can come up with unlimited ideas and color combinations. Floral motifs, geometric patterns, three dimensional or flat… There are as many projects as there are great minds that work with crochet hooks.

Something as simple as a square can serve many different purposes. You can make a bunch of them and join them to make an afghan or a bedspread, you can use them separately as decoration or as a center of baby blanket. Many crocheters use blocks to make accessories, too!
