The Tunisian crochet is also called Afgan crochet and some people consider it as crocheting and knitting both mixed. Special kind of crochet hook is used here – with elongated “tail”. It’s not so difficult to make it once you catch the motif. It looks really well on big crochet blankets.
If you make it with a thicker yarn it looks softer and more cozy. If you decide using thinner one, it will look more casual so that you can use more colors.
