You can use the stitch to create a baby blanket or a bigger one. You can also join it with different works. It’s very easy to make, it’s just about repeating 2 Rounds all over again.

The work’s size is a multiply of 4 stitches.

R1: Start with a slip stitch. Make 3 chs. Make multiply of 4 chs to have the length that you want. Make 3 more chs in the end. This is our base.

Make 3 chs that will represent a dc. Skip 5 chs and work 1 dc in the 6th ch from the base. Make 2 chs.

Work 1 more dc in the same 6th ch from the base. Skip 3 chs from the base.

*Work 1 dc in the 4th ch from the base, make 2 chs and work one more dc in the same st* rep. until completing the round.

In the end skip 2 chs from the base and work 1 dc in the 3rd ch.

R2: Turn the work over. Make 3 chs that will represent 1 dc. Work front post dc (introduce the hook from behind the dc from the previous Round). Work 3 dc in the space created by 2 skipped chs from the previous Round, make 1 chs and 3 more dc in the same space.

Work front post dc.

Work 3 dc in the space created by 2 skipped chs from the previous Round, make 1 chs and 3 more dc in the same space.

*Work front post dc. Work 3 dc in the space created by 2 skipped chs from the previous Round, make 1 chs and 3 more dc in the same space* rep. for each dc and space from the previous Round until completing R2. End the Round with 1 dc.

R3: Turn the work over. Make 3 chs that will represent 1 dc. Work 1 dc, 2 chs and 1 dc in the space of 1 separation ch from the previous Round.

Work 1 dc, 2 chs and 1 dc in the next space of 1 separation ch from the previous Round.

Work 1 dc, 2 chs and 1 dc in the 3rd space of 1 separation ch from the previous Round.

Continue the same way to complete the Round.

End the Round with a dc.

Afterwards just keep repeating R2 and R3.

R4: Turn the work over. Make 3 chs. *Work front post dc. Work 3 dc in the space created by 2 skipped chs from the previous Round, make 1 chs and 3 more dc in the same space* rep. for each dc and space from the previous Round until completing R2. End the Round with 1 dc.

End the Round with a dc in the last ch from the base.

That was the same as Round 2. Now you will repeat Round 3.

R5: Turn the work over. *Make 3 chs that will represent 1 dc. Work 1 dc, 2 chs and 1 dc in the space of 1 separation ch from the previous Round* rep. until finishing the Round. End the Round with a dc in the last ch from the base.

Continue the same way repeating R2 and R3 until having the size of the work as you want!
